Fees
Riverina Regional Psychology Practice is not a bulk billing practice.
We have a fee scale that varies depending on the qualifications of the psychologist providing the service, and the funding stream.
Private clients are required to pay for their session in full on the day of their appointment. If they have a MHCP, and their session was provided by a general registered, or Clinical psychologist, our administration team will process their Medicare rebate immediately after payment via the HICAPS machine. Please be aware the Medicare rebate will partially cover our full session fee.

Provisional psychologists cannot hold a Medicare Provider Number, and cannot register as a SIRA provider until they obtain general registration. This means that you cannot use your GP MHCP for services provided by a provisional psychologist. Therefore, we have a reduced session fee for services provided by provisional psychologists for clients.
RRPP is a not a registered provider for NDIS, and our fees are set at the gazetted rate determined by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
- NDIS participants who have their plans managed by plan managers (plan managed) will have invoices for their sessions sent to their plan manager for payment.
- NDIS participants who self-manage their plans must pay for their session on the day of their appointment.
SIRA clients must have their sessions pre-approved by their insurance case manager. RRPP invoices the case manager for SIRA client’s sessions.
Cancellation fees
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend an appointment. If you do not notify us, 100% of the cost of your session is charged to you. Cancellation or changing appointments can be easily arranged by contacting our reception during business hours on 02 69212016.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for further details.If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please notify us. Your appointment will still finish at the allocated time and the standard consultation fee will be charged.
