Ann Cramp
Ann Cramp
Psychologist, Author, and Certified Dog Trainer
BA, GradCertHlthPsych, GradDipPsych, PostgradDipPsych, Board Approved Supervisor.
As the founder and Practice Principal, Ann provides clinical leadership and a holistic approach to mental health. Ann is a Board-Approved Supervisor, providing primary and secondary supervision to 5+1 provisional psychologists, supporting the professional standards of the practice.

Ann’s practice is uniquely enhanced by Animal-Assisted Therapy, working alongside her certified therapy dogs, Buster and Matilda. She is also a certified trainer for mindDog Australia, supporting owner-trainers in the community.

Availability: Full-time (Currently accepting referrals on a case-by-case basis).

Therapy (Ages 10+): Supporting MHCP, SIRA (Workers Compensation), and NDIS participants.

Assessments (Ages 6+): Autism, ADHD, Cognitive, Learning Disability, and NSW Firearms Registry.

Practice Interests: Neurodiversity, Chronic Pain, Gender Diversity, Schema Therapy, CBT, and DBT.
Koren Ganas
Martin Finnegan
Registered Psychologist
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) (Psychology)
Martin is an experienced Registered Psychologist who supports adults and older adolescents (16+) through a practical, evidence-based approach. Martin has extensive experience working with complex cases and focuses on helping clients navigate the challenges of chronic pain, trauma, and mood disorders.

In addition to private therapy, Martin works with SIRA (Workers Compensation) and NDIS participants, providing rehabilitative psychological support.

Availability: Monday to Thursday (Face-to-Face)

Therapy (Ages 16+): Supporting MHCP, SIRA, and NDIS referrals.

Assessments (Ages 16+): Cognitive, Learning Disability, and NSW Firearms Registry mental health assessments.

Practice Interests: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Chronic Pain management, Trauma, and Anxiety Disorders.
Ellen Farrow
Registered Psychologist
Ellen is an experienced Registered Psychologist who provides a supportive space for individuals to explore their mental health and personal growth. With a focus on neurodivergent-affirming care and trauma-informed practice, Ellen works collaboratively with her clients to develop practical skills and deeper self-understanding.

Ellen’s approach is grounded in empathy and evidence-based care, whether working with a child navigating anxiety or an adult seeking a diagnostic assessment.

Availability: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (Face-to-Face)

Therapy (Ages 10+): Supporting MHCP and NDIS participants.

Assessments (Ages 6+): Comprehensive evaluations for Autism, ADHD, Cognitive functioning, and Learning Disabilities.

Montanna Bean
Provisional Psychologist
Masters of Professional Psychology
Montanna is an enthusiastic Provisional Psychologist who provides evidence-based therapy for children (10+), adolescents, and adults. She is committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered.

As a Provisional Psychologist, Montanna works under the close clinical supervision of our senior team, ensuring her clients receive high-quality, up-to-date care.

Availability: Full-time (Monday–Friday, Face-to-Face)

Therapy (Ages 10+): Accepting private and NDIS referrals.

Assessments (Ages 6+): Cognitive and Learning Disability assessments. Montanna also provides co-assessments for Autism and ADHD alongside our senior psychologists.

Practice Interests: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Neurodiversity, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Trauma, and Anxiety Disorders.
Bella McDermott
Provisional Psychologist & Student Practitioner
Bella joins our team for a clinical placement from February to June 2026. She provides evidence-based therapy for children (10+), adolescents, and adults, offering a fresh and compassionate approach to mental health care.

As a Provisional Psychologist and Student Practitioner, Bella works under the close supervision of our senior clinicians, ensuring her practice meets the highest professional standards.

Availability: Tuesday and Thursday (Face-to-Face)

Therapy (Ages 10+): Accepting private and NDIS referrals.

Assessments (Ages 6+): Bella provides co-assessments for Autism, ADHD, Cognitive functioning, and Learning Disabilities alongside our senior team.

Rachel Sheather

Rachel is a Registered Psychologist with nearly 20 years of practice across a diverse range of psychological settings. She focuses on delivering holistic, personalised therapy, tailoring her approach to the unique needs and perspectives of every individual she meets.

Rachel is dedicated to helping clients understand their behavioral patterns and worldviews, empowering them with the skills to develop healthier coping strategies and more fulfilling relationships.

Availability: Telehealth Only (Accepting adult referrals subject to clinical triage)

Therapy (Ages 18+): Supporting adults through private and NDIS pathways.

Practice Interests: Depression, Adjustment Disorders, Relationship Issues, Personality Disorders, Stress, Grief, Trauma, and Crisis Intervention.

Mayra is dedicated to helping clients increase their self-awareness and wellbeing through practical strategies, supporting them in leading more fulfilling and engaged lives.

Buster and Matilda are vital members of our clinical team, providing comfort and support to clients throughout their therapeutic journey. Both were carefully selected for their temperament and have undergone extensive foundation training with the team at Kaysadale Farm in the Hunter Valley.

As our "resident experts" in rapport building, you will frequently find them on greeting and reception duties or assisting Ann Cramp (Practice Principal) in delivering clinical Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) interventions.

Availability: In-Clinic (Working alongside Ann Cramp)

Training: Foundation Therapy Dog training (Kaysadale Farm) and Clinical AAT training.

Specialties: Professional greetings, providing a calming presence, and supporting clinical breakthroughs.

Practice Note: If you would like to meet the dogs, or if you have an allergy or phobia we should be aware of, please notify our administration team so we can ensure your visit is comfortable.

Riverina Regional Psychology Practice operates at 76a Johnston Street Wagga Wagga. Our building is a beautiful, bright and welcoming building in central Wagga Wagga. Our psychologists have their own comfortably appointed consulting rooms.
